FAQs

  • All clients are required to complete an intake form in our online booking system.

You will need to provide your pet's vaccine records showing proof of current:

    1. Rabies Vaccine (all pets)

    2. Bordetella Vaccine (dogs only)

    3. Distemper Vaccine (dogs only)

NOTE: failure to provide proof of these vaccines 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE of your scheduled appointment will void your scheduled appointment and a cancellation fee will be charged.

We strictly follow this policy for your pet's safety and the safety of others we groom.

  • We do! Several of our groomers offer a wide variety of cat grooming services. One Sunday per month we will be operating for cats only in order for them to have a safe, stress free experience. Nail trims only may be offered at additional times.

  • For long coated pets we recommend every 4-6 weeks depending on the length of haircut you choose and how often you brush at home.

For short coated pets we recommend every 6-8 weeks to maintain healthy skin, coat and nails.

  • In order to get your pets nails shorter over time, we recommend coming to see us every 3-4 weeks. For maintenance we recommend a nail trim every 6 weeks.

  • We highly recommend bringing your puppy in as close to 3/4 months as possible, once they have had their parvo vaccine. The first few visits to the groomer are more like a “training” session. This is where your puppy can get comfortable with the sounds, sights and sensations of grooming, and build a trusting relationship with their groomer by getting lots of treat breaks and kisses! Oftentimes puppies that wait too long for their first professional grooming experience can be very overwhelmed by the process. We love getting to work with your babies from a young age so they can be calm, confident and enjoy coming to see us. Ask us about tips at home to desensitize your pup to different parts of the grooming process.

  • Our groomers are experts in all breeds, coat types, and the various health/skin/coat conditions associated with each breed. We will access your pets skin and coat and choose a product that will suit them best whether they need deshedding, anti itch, hydrating, deodorizing and more!

  • While leaving our babies can be hard and we want to comfort them, most pets will feed off of an owner's anxiety. They love you and want to be with you but unfortunately that creates an unsafe distraction for the pets in our care because they will want to be snuggled up to you v.s getting their spaw day. Owners are welcome to stay nearby while their pets are being groomed but your stylist will reserve the right to let you know if your pup would be more at ease with you out of eye shot. We maintain full transparency in our high standard of care and promise that they will always be in good hands!

  • Due to mobile grooming being a luxury, one on one service, we charge accordingly for the time, convenience and expertise of your groomer. We also offer drop off services at our salon where your pet can get the same high quality service for a slightly lower cost.
